Refer an Arcweb Technologies Hire, Earn $3,000

The transitive property states that if a = b and b = c, then a = c. This property applies to lots of things—including hiring. In theory, it’s easier to find awesome people by incentivizing known awesome people who undoubtedly associate with other awesome people to refer the latter for an awesome job.

Said simpler, we’re announcing a referral program: successfully refer an Arcweb new hire and we’ll pay you $3,000.

How it Works

Referral efforts are pretty standard, nevertheless, here are the rules for ours:

Referrers must email the candidate’s name to Receipt of the referral must be acknowledged by an authorized Arcweb Technologies employee in writing. It is up to the referrer to encourage the candidate to apply for a given job and ultimately up to the candidate to apply.

Candidates must be referred to Arcweb Technologies before or at the time of application, successfully hired, and stay with Arcweb Technologies for at least 90 days.

A candidate referred must be hired within 180 days of the original referral.

Only candidates who meet the essential qualifications for an open position will be considered.

All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with Arcweb Technologies policies and procedures.

All referral payments will be paid within 30 days after the referred employee has been employed at Arcweb Technologies for 90 days.

All referral payments are subject to applicable taxes.
