On April 7th and 9th, Jess and Suzie will cover all sorts of digital project management goodness including defining exactly what it is that a digital project manager (or DPM) does, agile and waterfall styles, tolls and workflows, kickoffs, estimating, detail organization, how to work with your clients instead of against them, how to get the most collaboration out of your team, and much more. The class will also include group exercises that will let attendees experience and practice some of the more challenging aspects of the job. Jess and Suzie will share insights on their own DPM processes at their respective companies, stories from their careers, and the tools they use on a daily basis to lead great builds.
